3-day notice is required. Pick-up anytime during our normal hours at Kitsby Dessert Bar. Delivery is available for a $20 fee on Thu-Sun (Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens only). You will be able to choose your pick-up or delivery date under your cart. Please make sure to read the pick-up or delivery information!
You can simply come anytime during our normal hours to pick up your cake on your pick-up date. Our dessert bar is located at 186 Grand Street, Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Please remember to come and pick up your item. We are not responsible for your order and we cannot refund you if you do not pick up. And in an effort to keep a safe distance, we can accept gratuity through Venmo: @kitsby-dessertbar. Tips are greatly appreciated!
Please note that if you purchase a cake with a baking kit, mix, or kitchen product, we will not ship the other items in your order to you. All the items in your order will be ready for pick-up. If you would like us to ship any item in your order, please place a separate order for those items.
The $20 delivery fee will be added to the product price when you select the delivery option.
We will contact you via text within the 3-day notice and confirm a delivery window with you. Deliveries will be made in the evening. Deliveries will be contactless. We will text and/or call you when we arrive. Please make sure someone is present at the time of delivery and to have your phone nearby! If no one picks up, we will wait for 5 minutes. If we do not hear from you, we will leave your order either at your front door, on the front doorstep of the building, or with your doorman. We will also text you a photo of the package to confirm delivery. We cannot redeliver orders because of limited resources and drivers. And in an effort to offer contactless delivery, we can accept gratuity through Venmo: @kitsby-dessertbar. Tips are greatly appreciated.
We can deliver to addresses in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens. We apologize for not being able to deliver to other areas, and will update this page if we expand our delivery radius.
