PICK UP INFORMATION:

Pickup will be from 9AM - 12PM at our  McCarren Park located at BBQ North on Driggs closest to the Playground. 

Please note that we will not be bringing extras to sell at the park as everything needs to be pre-ordered. Cutoff for pre-ordering this treat box is at 12AM on 7/16/2025. 

Please remember to come and pick up your item. We are not responsible for your order and we cannot refund you if you do not pick up. You can add gratuity at checkout or we can accept gratuity through Venmo: @kitsby-dessertbar. Tips are greatly appreciated!

Due to limited staffing and operations right now, we cannot accept requests for substitutions or changes. (If you have a dietary restriction, email us and we will try our best to accommodate you.)

Please note that if you purchase a dessert box with a baking kit, mix, or kitchen product, we will not ship the other items in your order to you. All the items in your order will be ready for pickup on Saturday. If you would like us to ship any item in your order, please email us at hello@kitsby.com.
