Lunchbox Cake Decorating Workshop

About this experience

Decorate your own 4" earl grey cakes. First popularized by Korean cafes and bakeries, you'll bring your creation home in a "bento" take-out container! Take a seat, take a cake, and get creative.

Cakes will be baked by us and all ready for you to decorate however you like. Made with our signature recipe that we also use in our original baking kit, they're two-layered, fluffy earl grey chiffon cakes with soft buttercream frosting in between. You'll learn different techniques for decorating and leave the experience with a cake that has been fully frosted, your way!

You'll Need:

• We'll be working with ingredients so we suggest wearing comfortable clothes that you wouldn't mind getting a little dirty :)


• Design inspiration - Please bring photos to use as a guide when decorating if you have a design idea in mind.

Location: 393 Broadway, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10013

Total Class Time: 3 hours - Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts to ensure enough time for check-in.

Things to Note...

Due to the structure of the class, we require at least 6 participants per class. If a class does not reach the minimum number of participants, we will cancel the class and participants will be able to reschedule to a future date.

Refund Policy: Kitsby's classes are non-refundable, but we do offer the ability to reschedule with a minimum 24-hour notice. Day-of cancellations will not be refunded. Each reservation can only be rescheduled once.
