Culinary/Pastry Instructor
Location: NYC (on-site)
We are looking to expand our team with a cooking / baking / cake decorating instructor who is super passionate and knowledgable about asian desserts and food. We host classes in Chinatown, Manhattan space 3-6 times a week. Our classes range from 2 hours to 3 hours long. Some of our most notable classes are:
- Korean Lunchbox Cake Experience (Beginners cake decorating class)
- Bubble Tea Experience
- Mooncake Experience
- Pineapple Cake Experience
- Toast Art Experience
- Savory Cooking Club
- Sushi Classes
Culinary/Pastry Class Assistant
Location: NYC (on-site)
We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and proactive Class Assistant to help support our instructors and ensure our classes run smoothly. Whether it’s baking matcha crème brûlée or mixing bubble tea, you’ll be part of creating fun and memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:

Set up class stations with ingredients, tools, and materials

Assist instructors during class sessions (prep, support, cleanup)

Welcome and check in guests; provide excellent customer service

Reset and clean stations between sessions

Help manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
