In this immersive class, you’ll learn how to craft your own picturesque sponge cake completely from scratch, from mixing the batter to assembling a stunning finished creation.

• Craft a light and fluffy sheet sponge batter from scratch
• Pipe decorative patterns onto silicone sheets using a guided picture template
• Pour the main cake batter and bake your masterpiece to perfection
• Enhance your design with delicate brush painting techniques
• Assemble your cake with fresh fruits and cream filling

You'll Need:

• We'll be working with ingredients so we suggest wearing comfortable clothes that you wouldn't mind getting a little dirty :)
• Design inspiration - Please bring photos to use as a guide when decorating if you have a design idea in mind.
