Dumpling Workshop

Join us for a dumpling workshop led by Lenny, better known as Dumpling Dude! Known for his playful, approachable take on dumpling making, Lenny will guide you through the fundamentals of crafting perfect dumplings from scratch. You’ll learn how to mix, season, and fold dumplings, with tips on achieving the ideal texture and balance. This beginner-friendly experience will be fun for anyone who loves food and getting their hands a little messy!

One of the highlights of the workshop is our toppings bar, where you’ll be able to customize your own dumpling fillings with a variety of ingredients, to make dumplings that are uniquely yours.

This experience also includes a thoughtfully curated three-course meal:

• Smashed cucumber salad to start
• Your handmade dumplings, pan-fried or steamed
• Glutinous rice balls with kinako for dessert
