Lunchbox Cake Decorating Workshop

Decorate your own 4" cakes. First popularized by Korean cafes and bakeries, you'll bring your creation home in a "bento" take-out container! Take a seat, take a cake, and get creative.

Cakes will be baked by us and all ready for you to decorate. Made with our signature recipe, they're two-layered, fluffy earl grey chiffon cakes with strawberry jam and Swiss meringue buttercream frosting in between. You'll learn different techniques for decorating and leave the experience with a cake that has been fully frosted, your way!

You'll Need:

• We'll be working with ingredients so we suggest wearing comfortable clothes that you wouldn't mind getting a little dirty :)
• Design inspiration - Please bring photos to use as a guide when decorating if you have a design idea in mind.

Location: 393 Broadway, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10013

Duration: 3 hours - Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts to ensure enough time for check-in.

Due to the structure of the workshop, we do have a minimum class size. If a workshop does not reach the minimum number of participants, it will be cancelled. Participants will be contacted 2 days before and will be able to reschedule to a future date.

Refund Policy: Kitsby's classes are non-refundable, but we do offer the ability to reschedule with a minimum 24-hour notice. Day-of cancellations will not be refunded. Each reservation can only be rescheduled once.
