Clay Chasen Charm + Matcha Workshop

Add some charm to your matcha! In this workshop, you will:

• Learn about matcha and how it is produced
• Make your own matcha latte using Nami matcha, our matcha partner
• Create as many clay charms as you can (within the 45-min charm making portion of the workshop)
• Make the beaded chain to put the charm on your chasen, the bamboo whisk
• Bring home your handmade charm(s) and brand new chasen!

Bowls are also available for purchase at our studio.

You'll Need:

• We'll be working with ingredients so we suggest wearing comfortable clothes that you wouldn't mind getting a little dirty :)
• Feel free to bring photos of your design inspiration on your phone—they’ll be a great visual guide.

Location: 393 Broadway, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10013

Duration: 2.5 hours - Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts to ensure enough time for check-in.

Due to the structure of the class, we require at least 6 participants per class. If a class does not reach the minimum number of participants, we will cancel the class and participants will be able to reschedule to a future date.

Refund Policy: Kitsby's classes are non-refundable, but we do offer the ability to reschedule with a minimum 24-hour notice. Day-of cancellations will not be refunded. Each reservation can only be rescheduled once.
